Thank you for shopping with Kingswill Apparel. We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for information on how we handle your orders.

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of being placed, and are expected to arrive in 4-8 Business days. Order processing may differ on peak seasons, holidays, and also weekends. We do our best, so kindly bare with us.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

  • We offer the following shipping options: NOTE

    • Due to early stages in this business, as of this point in time we only offer Standard Shipping.

Note: Delivery times may differ depending on your location, shipping carrier, and cart size.

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $119.00.

International Shipping:

  • NOTE: We are commencing international shipping once we recieve 100 requests!
    This will be examined by the Kingswill team through social media comments, email reach-outs, and any other way visible to us. 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive a tracking number via email within 1-2 business days of order placement. However, please bare with us if there tends to be a delay. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order through the shipping carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays:

  • We make every effort here at Kingswill Apparel to ensure timely delivery remains consistent, but please be aware that once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your order is delayed due to a shipping carrier issue, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at kingswillau@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and do our best to resolve it.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
